After preliminary judging the winning exhibits are displayed during the exhibition. Livestock producers of cows, goats, pigs, and sheep spend lots of time talking to visitors in the barns about their animals. Caged chicken, rabbits and prize-winning produce can be seen in the agricultural exhibit buildings. The Exhibit charges a reasonable admission fee, and many shows inside the Armstrong Fair are free to watch after gaining admission. Types of shows include animal judging, dog shows, and rodeo style events like stagecoach racing with horse teams.

  The Midway at the Armstrong Fair in BC is a classic carnival style midway. Families can enjoy rides for small children as well as adult rides and classic carnival games.
